Every watch is built and tested in the eastern belgian watchmaker's workshop at "Ben's Uhren".
Our timepieces are made with the utmost attention to detail and quality!
We offer a 2-year warranty on all watches relating to the movement,
dial and hands.
The warranty does not apply in the case of:
-Damage caused by improper use (e.g. scratching, bumping or dropping)
-Deliberate damage
-Normal wear and tear or aging of the materials used
-Damage due to lack of maintenance
-Theft or loss."

You have the right to return your watch within 14 days without giving any reason. We will refund the full purchase price upon receiving the merchandise, if it is returned in as-delivered condition. Therefore, please do not remove the protective film on the case and/or the steel bracelet while you are testing it and do not shorten the bracelet.

If you are outside of Belgium, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For a fast, easy, and insured return, and to spare you the hassle of customs if applicable, we offer the option of receiving a return label from us. We charge 15€ for a return with UPS from an EU country. 39€ from a non-EU country with UPS.
We will simply deduct the amount from your refund. For returns from within
Belgium, we will provide you with a free UPS return label.
